“1. On arrival there was nowhere to park. Told to do so on road but no space so had to park on double yellow lines. 2. Actual job to change 4 tyres completed in less than 30 minutes. Good job well done. 3. Then had to wait 20 minutes for paperwork and invoice whilst receptionist (one of two), answered phone and chatted. Better organisation and division of work needed. 4. After tyre change car was again parked on road between two white vans with no room to manoeuvre and depart.”
